When I first came into Solera @ Kendall west I had on my mind set on looking, but once I got to talking to Amaiah, we clicked and her good nature, plus attention to detail was what got me interested 100 percent in the complex. I literally made the decision then and there to want to live in Solera because she was very convincing and knew what I was hoping for when getting a new apartment. This is my first time moving by myself in Jacksonville and to be residing in Solera has made the experience so much better. I feel the calmness of the area but also the way it stands out with it's new features. I've never had so many good amenities like I do with my new apt and honestly it's all thanks to Amaiah and her consultations. I am looking forward to living here for a long while.

Gorgeous 1b1b. Not only is it spacious but the appliances are new and the apartment just feels fresh. The amenities are amazing and it’s located in a perfect area. Amiah was a joy to work with, 100% recommend.
